What makes Risen Media better than other presentation softwares?

We have a 14-day free trial on all our subscription plans, with no credit card requirement at sign up.

What is SideSlide®?

SideSlide® is a patented technology unique to Risen Media. It allows you to present various content on multiple screens simultaneously, as part of one slide group.

Can I easily convert my PowerPoint files to Risen Media?

Yes, It is easy to do. You can import your current PowerPoint presentations to Risen Media with one simple click.

Technical Questions

Can I use my existing projector with Risen Media?

Yes. As long as the projector has an HDMI port. Risen Media uses an Android TV app to display presentations. You may use any Amazon TV Stick with your projector.

Do I need to upgrade my existing computer?

No, Risen Media works on most computers and laptops (PC, Mac, Chromebook, etc…) with a browser and an internet connection.

What if my projector doesn't have an HDMI port?

You can use HDMI converters to convert the port on your projector (e.g. VGA) to HDMI.

Can I use my existing presentations with Risen Media?

You can import your existing PowerPoint presentation into you Risen Media’s presentation library. 

What hardware do I need to run Risen Media?

Risen Media is a web application. All you need to run Risen Media is a computer with a web browser and internet connection. To present, you need a Google Chromecast with Remote or Amazon Fire TV Stick installed on your various displays, such as a television or projector or a television with Android TV or Fire TV OS. Our presenter app is available on Google Play Store and Amazon App Store.

Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe’s secure payment systems, which allows us to accept all major credit cards.

Will I get an invoice?

For every transaction, an invoice will be generated, and emailed to you. You can also download a PDF of the invoice from your Risen Media account under the Billing & Subscription page.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes, by default the auto-renewal is enabled on your account so your subscription is automatically renewed every month.

How can I cancel the auto-renewal of my License?

You can choose to disable the auto-renewal through the Billing & Billing & Subscription page of your Risen Media account.

Why is my invoice in USD?

Our company is based in the United States, therefore, we only use US Dollars for all of our product prices, billing charges, and invoicing. Providing an invoice in Euros or your local currency is not possible.
